        <description><![CDATA[<div id="description">I got the idea from Tracy Reifkind to perform the roundabout swing, which is basically a set of one handed swings, with a two handed swing in between. This allows you to get some exposure to one handed swings with a heavier bell that you might not otherwise be able to train with. It also gives you the advantage of accelerating the two handed swing, which gives you &amp;quot;fuel&amp;quot; for the one handed swing-as my students say! My go to bell for one handed swings in the 20kg. This drill is progressing me towards using the 24kg. Here is one of those movements—the kettlebell swing. In the first video demonstration, Danielle (in grey) is still pretty new (maybe 5-7 practice sessions) to swinging a kettlebell. In the second video 8 weeks later, the first thing you might notice is that her body looks a bit different. That's awesome!
